Holy Debloat Checklist

This is for the days you want to look your best.
  • Do it all THE DAY before it matters, otherwise this is unsustainable.
  • You don’t NEED to look good every day, you NEED to be healthy every day.
  • This is for special events, or taking photos.

What to do on THE DAY BEFORE

Last meal at 4pm
Salt max 2g
Get a measuring cup, that’s your limit.
Don’t skip salt, you might end up looking more tired. You need electrolytes.
Limit carbs to ~60g
Once again, don’t skip carbs. You’ll look more tired, you don’t want that
Face tape on smile lines (especially if you sleep on the side)
Aim for 3000mg of potassium

What to do ON THE DAY

Ice cold face wash
Ice cube gua sha (it’s good enough)
Open & massage lymphatic nodes

Optional but works really well

Cardio in the morning. It will deplete your glycogen stores. Aim for zone 4 HR.
