Productive Procrastination

The 30-minute test

"If I stop right now, will something exist in 30 minutes that didn't before?"

Looksmaxing hacks you can start now

  • Pay for eyebrow shaping ($20) — tell them you want hunter eyes arch
  • Face tape for smile line
  • Go to a tailor BEFORE you buy your next clothes so they measure you (you can't guarantee you can measure yourself properly — it's a slog to do it yourself)
  • Learn about godfather light (stronger face features)
  • Learn about clamshell light (more confident look)
  • Learn about front light (you lose features, flat face)

Perfect diet

  • Breakouts/poor texture = try more fiber first (fiber stops your weak insulin resistance response)
  • MACRO complete diet: 120g protein, 70g fats, 200g carbs, 30g fiber (it's actually more than that, but if you need me to tell you, this is enough)
  • Ultra-processed foods twice a week max (don't be dumb and don't quit them just like that, you'll relapse)

Good career steps

  • Accept lookism. The better you look, the more jobs you'll get.
  • Learn aesthetics so you can adapt to the vibe of the interview.
  • If your current/future job can make you money in this market, learn it, save it, then take a shot and start a business.
  • If it can't, work it but start learning what CAN earn you money as a business.

Geek's advice on developing a business

Pick one, but it’s fun to have a look around these tools. It’s what I did, and if I hadn’t I’d always want to check them out regardless. I tried and used every one of these tools. All of them are honestly great, but none are perfect.
  • Learn AI Agents & Automations now (easy: Make, medium: n8n)
  • SaaS is your friend for everything (don't reinvent the wheel)
  • Use your face
  • If your face ain't there yet, use me

Planning tools

Rules

  • Plan in the evening, not the morning
  • Constraints > flexibility. "Today is content day" eliminates a lot of bs.
